Quality Project Coordination & Management is based on the activities of Project Supplies Chain Manager (PSCM), Material Manager, Inspection & Expediting Coordination.
Those figures, do join the Project Task Force wherever it is based, at the client’s facilities or agency facilities.
These specialized personnel are appointed based on client request and may not be directly linked to project awarding.
IQS personnel have been covering one or more of the above-mentioned roles that were involved in several Projects.
• Sea-lines, Flexible Pipes & Umbilical Projects: These projects involve the installation of sea-lines, flexible pipes, and umbilicals for offshore operations.
• Coatings: Coatings are applied to pipelines and sea-lines for protection against corrosion and other environmental factors. Internal, external, and concrete coatings are commonly used.
• Platform and/or Rig Projects: Construction and maintenance activities are carried out on platforms and rigs used in offshore oil and gas operations.
• FPSO (Floating Production Storage & Offloading): FPSOs are specialized vessels used for the production, storage, and offloading of oil and gas from offshore fields.
• Drilling Vessels, Pipe-Laying Ships & Lay Barges: Construction, maintenance, and operation of drilling vessels, pipe-laying ships, and lay barges are essential for offshore exploration and production activities.
• Pipeline Site Construction & Inspection: Construction activities involve site preparation, trenching, welding, and installation of pipelines. Inspections ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• QA/QC Monitoring and Coordination: Quality assurance and quality control processes are implemented to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Submarine Cables (Power & Fibre Optics): Construction and installation of submarine cables for power transmission and fibre optic communication networks.
• Refineries: Refineries are facilities where crude oil is processed into refined products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel.
• Wind Farms & Solar Power Generation: Construction and operation of wind farms and solar power plants to generate renewable energy.
• Desalination Plants: Construction and operation of desalination plants to convert seawater into freshwater.
• Pharmaceutical Plants: Construction and maintenance of facilities for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
